Lai Sin Hew

Associate
AIA

Sin’s start at DiMella Shaffer began when a major construction project came up near his apartment at the time. While he was already critiquing at community meetings, Sin decided that he would have a great impact by joining the architectural team, and thus began his work on the Waterworks project. Always up for a challenge, Sin enjoys working across any market as they all present different challenges that allow him to utilize his resources and learn new things. With a background in both mathematics and architecture, Sin is a thoughtful, provocative and insightful designer. While not putting all his energy into his work, Sin enjoys painting, swimming, and the occasional adult beverage.
