Our collaboration with DiMella on Fuse Cambridge resulted in a design that maximized the value of the finished product by being extremely thoughtful about how the building design responded to the site geometry, street frontage and its most important asset, the adjacent Alewife Brook Reservation - all in addition to ensuring that the unit layouts were both functional and efficient and the amenity spaces capitalized on the proximity to and views of the Reservation.
