To further this vision, we are thrilled to announce the creation of a new leadership role: Director of Quality Improvement. 

This leadership position is integral to advancing our pursuit of excellence. The Director of Quality Improvement will oversee and evolve our comprehensive quality improvement system, encouraging consistency and enhancing efficiency across all our market sectors to help elevate the design process. From developing firm-wide templates, guidelines and systems to performing independent peer reviews and integrating quality improvement into every phase of design, this role exemplifies our dedication to continuous improvement. 

We are proud to appoint Kris Knight as our first Director of Quality Improvement. A member of the DiMella Shaffer team since 1999, Kris is uniquely equipped to champion this initiative and elevate our firm’s quality standards to new heights. With deep experience in documentation, field work, architectural standards and process optimization, Kris has consistently demonstrated his ability to enhance quality across complex projects. His leadership, technical proficiency, and commitment to fostering collaboration make him the ideal choice to uphold and advance DiMella Shaffer’s dedication to design excellence.
