Frank Valdes
Frank’s diverse portfolio includes projects for the public and private sector in the multifamily housing market, ranging from historical adaptive reuse projects to new large urban scale residential developments. His keen understanding of residential and commercial market forces brings a passion associated with smart growth principles to each development opportunity. His knowledge of the construction industry translates design visions into high performing real estate assets.
A long-standing member of the Somerville Urban Design Commission, Frank provides design guidance and recommendations to maintain the character of the city while enhancing its natural and aesthetic qualities; preserve the value of land and buildings; and protect and preserve the cultural aspects and heritage of Somerville. Frank also volunteers for Combined Jewish Philanthropies assisting not for profit Jewish organizations in navigating their real estate, design, expansion, and construction needs. In addition, he is a Council Member for ULI Housing & Economic Development in Boston.
