Kathy LaDuca

When Kathy and her sister played with Barbies as kids, Kathy always volunteered to design Barbie’s home; she knew she wanted to be an interior designer. Her ability to conceptualize spaces and bring fresh ideas to the table allows her to work with different teams throughout the office to make sure every project is successful. Innovative housing is her forte, especially those in the Higher Education and Senior Living markets. With a degree in interior design, Kathy is NCIDQ and LEED certified. When not picking out furniture specs, she enjoys oil painting and spending time with her canine companions.
