Tim Rhoads

Tim Rhoads has over 17 years of project management and design experience. Over this time, he has been involved in all phases of the design process – from planning to construction administration – for new construction, as well as many renovation and/ or addition projects, with a focus on institutional and corporate projects. Following the completion of St. Mary’s Hall, the owner stated “I am going to miss Tim. It felt like he was a part of my staff, not that of DiMella Shaffer”. Tim has an uncanny ability to befriend everyone that surrounds him through humor and intellect.
