As a Project Manager at DiMella Shaffer, you will work collaboratively as a part of a dynamic team delivering design excellence across a variety of markets. Our team is responsible for balancing quality, creativity, and functionality while working to exceed client goals. Through design, management, detailing, and communication, the Project Manager will help our community create inspiring places for people live, learn, work, and play.

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Architecture  
  • 10 – 15 years of post-graduate professional experience 
  • Proficiency in Revit  
  • Experience in organizing, coordinating and executing all aspects of a project, including overseeing project design, scheduling and budgeting.   
  • Strong people skills and experience managing a team. 
  • Ability to lead consultant coordination 
  • Knowledge of codes as they pertain to project scope 

 

 Things we value, but are not required to apply: 

  • Architectural Registration or within two years of hire (we are happy to help you get there)  
  • Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills 
  • Knowledge of zoning regulations and general permitting process 
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphics software 
  • LEED, WELL, or Passive House certification a plus 
  • Expertise in Sketch-Up/Lumion

This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office 24 hours a week.  

 

Compensation 

The salary range for this role is $95,000 – $125,000
