Prism Apartments

At the heart of Kendall Square where innovative start-ups concentrate, Prism Apartments, a 6-story, 202,000 SF residential building provides much-needed rental housing. Sited between Rogers and Binney Streets, the 136-unit community organizes studio, one and two-bedroom units in a U-shape with a shared courtyard in the center. The project included SurePods prefab bathrooms for their ability to reduce costs and construction time while providing high-quality design and craftsmanship. The project is targeting LEED gold certification.
