Hamel Mill Lofts
view project
This project is the second phase of an Historic Adaptive Reuse project transforming the former Winchester Repeating Arms Company Mill into 158 units of market rate housing. The project will comply with all historical standards for rehabilitation and receive Historical Tax Credit allocations from the National Park Service and the Connecticut State Historic Preservation Office. The units have an industrial loft aesthetic that reinforces the historical nature of the building. The complex is also programmed with leasing offices and amenity spaces consisting of lounges, game room, media room, pet spa, fitness center, conference room and outdoor courtyard spaces.
